Like a Government company,salary on time ,no job pressure. Will get bonus yearly No strict timing Over time for staff

Dislikes

,poor project management, hr polices,unskilled labour's and staff members. Discrimination, mostly andra pradesh people. No growth and appreciation. Management does not care about company. Poor accommodation for staff No food only allowance No proper vehicle or cab No good projects only maintenance works

salary will come before 1st Skill Development/Learning Work Satisfaction( i am very very like maintenance and Testing commissioning job for substation and power plant.)

No promotions last 10 years i am missing with my family

...er Management are very helpful.They are very cooperative and friendly behaviour. Salary on time without delay even a single day. You will see tremendous career growth and better opportunities if you work hard. There are job security as well.

On time salary and good management. If they give a chance to hire again i will work with jal company one of the good company in Saudi Arabia

1- Unfair and unequal Treatment 2-Hold vacation on time 3-Emergncy leave procedure is very long , mostly they hold or not send on emergency time too. 4-I worked there almost 5 years but when my exit time they hold my exit , I paid 2 months salary , submitted all my documents to JAL International inspite this they given exit paper after 23 days. As per JAL International rule during first contract you will have to pay 5000 SAR in case of exit, but I paid 6900 SAR after 5 years of my service. 5- There is no value of honest work, they given preference to only boot lickers / relatives or close friends 6-They will misuse his power and try to give mental harrasment , that's why so many suicide cases in JAL. 7.Do not expect career growth here.
