New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Nothing to like this company. Not to choose in any critical condition. They using our money and energy to establish market. Now every regional market collapsed because of wrong management.

...e single owner. Family own company. Roadside company. Mktg startegy is horrible. Salary is bottom side. Other allowance not heard them. They use our salary and use marketing.
