Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It's horrible to work without money there. management is very very miser it's a limit to be miser for someone. Third class management. lot of stress, full of politics. lack of motivation in staff. Third class infrastructure for children. highly contaminated potable water for children, unhygienic atmosphere for children. Horrible school.
