Salaries are below market standards, and there is a toxic work culture dominated by extreme favoritism towards the director and faculty. Staff are treated as subordinates, with no room for feedback or growth, and job security is unstable due to the lack of a clear organizational structure. Promotions are non-existent, and the senior management, including HR, is ineffective in defining roles or fostering professional growth. Work satisfaction is low, as staff are mainly tasked with menial duties, and the overall environment is unprofessional, rigid, and outdated. I would not recommend this organization for professionals seeking career growth or skill enhancement.

Professional growth is limited here. You rarely found chance to prove yourself or your skills. Seniors are not too much supportive here. They demoralised and advised you to not to work in Jaipuria.

Partiality prevailing where the new joiners suffers and the males are given more preference than the female and mental harrasment is done to the employees..no work life balance and ask to work on Sunday... Worst experience working over here ..

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming acrade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary huke and Bonus every year
