No Job Security, anytime you will be lay off without any prior notice. NO Work Culture & Work Ethics never get off for any emergency Strict for the timings otherwise they will deduct the salary They never understand the emergency , they never give WFH

"My experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare.I have never encountered such a toxic and mismanaged workplace. **There is no job security at all**—you constantly feel like you’re walking on eggshells, not knowing when you might be asked to leave without notice or explanation. The **management is completely unsupportive**. **The manager offers no guidance, no help, and no encouragement**. It feels like you're completely on your own, with no one to turn to for assistance or feedback. What makes it even worse is that the company enforces a ridiculous rule where **you are not allowed to communicate with your colleagues**. The only person you’re permitted to speak with is your manager, creating an extremely isolating and stressful environment. There's **no collaboration, no team spirit**, and no opportunity to seek help from your peers. The company also has no regard for personal situations. **They lack any understanding or compassion when it comes to family emergencies or medical issues**. If you’re going through something difficult, don’t expect any leniency or flexibility—they simply don’t care. All in all, it has been the **worst professional experience** of my life. The lack of job security, the absence of any kind of support from management, and the strict, isolating communication rules make this company an absolute disaster to work for. I would advise anyone considering working here to look elsewhere—it’s not worth the stress or the frustration."
