The company is too good in overall working management and proper coordinate with employee. And the most important thing is that the all manager or CA it's very passionate to handle the large quantity of work if work is outside the city or state.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow..

Nothing to like. These ppl have worst company culture and most strictest rules. Your every move will be watched including every word you speak and you will be bashed if you did not behaved the way manager would want you to.

Dislikes

Extremely controlling and toxic environment. Owner and partners are very disrespectful to people who are not qualified CA. Owner is a horrible person who shouts like crazy.

its work time isvery good it is strictly 10to 6 this is very good.

there is no growth no job security and no learning and office files not proper maintain and all clients are government and they all are rude with staff.
