Nothing. It harasses faculty members. It doesn’t deserve to a University as there is no system, policy, academics or research. All fake on paper.

...g Full Professor. Improper sitting place & work place. No support for research No proper salary -benefits& increment No leave & vacation. No system for work; running like banana republic. Run by unqualified people not deemed fit as per UGC norms. All fake work; doesn’t deserve to be a University. Hence, huge staff turn over

Jain University is a brand name. Everything from the infrastructure to the salary is very well structured. Senior management is extremely helpful and supportive. At Jain university , both teachers and students are equally important and they get equal growth and development opportunities. From time to time the university organizes various events, in which teachers and students participate equally. overall, it's an amazing workplace and the learning never stops.

The only thing they have going for them is good infra and big talks

Dislikes

Horrible management and compensation. Pay is miserable for even Phd holders and on top they have working on weekends (even Sunday) . Leave policy is miserable as you are restricted to only 1 leave per month and there is no carry forwarding of leaves. No concept of Medical Leaves or Maternity Leaves.
