Jain University is a brand name. Everything from the infrastructure to the salary is very well structured. Senior management is extremely helpful and supportive. At Jain university , both teachers and students are equally important and they get equal growth and development opportunities. From time to time the university organizes various events, in which teachers and students participate equally. overall, it's an amazing workplace and the learning never stops.

Micro management and workplace politics is quite dominant in some departments.

The only thing they have going for them is good infra and big talks

Dislikes

Horrible management and compensation. Pay is miserable for even Phd holders and on top they have working on weekends (even Sunday) . Leave policy is miserable as you are restricted to only 1 leave per month and there is no carry forwarding of leaves. No concept of Medical Leaves or Maternity Leaves.

No security, very poor employee retention policies, salary is way below market standards. They have a weird policy of crediting salary twice and showing lesser salary as per records.

...ng and how costly it must be. Very very bad work culture. You will be depressed. They will deduct your salary whenever they want to.

EVERYTHING. The people are awful. Managers are pathetic. They don't know anything. yet they are just cruel inhuman people. All 55 year old ladies who have no business of their own in mind. Dont ever join this place.
