The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Nothing is likable about this Company. They are not the company. They are THEKEDAAR(contractor).

Dislikes

... Pick up things from the bus station, finding flat for their relatives, etc. 11. Salary has no fixed date. They don't give you PF if you don't ask. 12. Company doesn't have any HR policy. 13. This company is only for those who are just 12th pass or lower. 14. In a briefing of the company, they will say that they had payment gateway startup, but actually, it's has failed 15. The owner thinks he is a very smart person in the planet, but hahahahahahhaa........... So if you value yourself then please don't join this company & don't ruin your career. End choice is yours.
