Location is still not so good as they mention on interview call. I dont liked the food here its lower than average quality. No proper connectivity from this city to other states. Lots of language problem as people dont understand English also here.

I had worked with this company for a considerable period, and overall. It is good organization with great potential and a solid reputation. However, there are certain issues that need to be addressed, particularly concering the behaviour of few employees, such as Suresh Gorre, and Pandey. On of the key problem that I have observed is that both Suresh and Pandey are involved in Backbiting and gossiping about colleagues. This behaviour creates an unhealthy work culture, ending trust and morale within the team. Instead of working collaboratively these indivudual seem more focused on undermining others. A majour issue that I believe the management is not fully aware of is the way suresh and pandey are handling scrap. In their efforts to meet the company's requirment of scrap. they have been cutting full metal plates and presenting them as scrap, which misleads the management into thinking that they are properly handling the material. The mean time technical team is not able to handle it. Furhtermore when it comes to material from store if you want any material Suresh and Pandey have a way of guiding you through a shortcut boundeary wall. accepting the money and facilitating the passing material from boudery wasll

Work. Its a good time working in jairaj and my department only encourage me in all aspects, other higher officials gives no support in any aspect. I happily say that any individual can be able to learn the work very happily.

Ego of collegues. No one ever try to help their colleague in any aspect.

The Management will give you the Job and they not tell you the expectations and KRA always behind your daily works there will be group of spy persons will roam and report you each of activities rather than work, management also ruthlessly listen them and throw you one fine morning without any proper reason, here only who will be work as bonded labor they can work, there is no proper systems and practices if join there you will loose you career skills as well confidence special note to all don't join in commercial, stores accounts department of this company, if join your career will totally in dark. In this company no benefits only one covid health insurance that to for you only, not for your dependents and there is no work balance.

Here Maximum 12-14 Hours worked, you cant freely move even in your personal emergencies from the plant,site and office, people are very attitude, they never share the the Job Knowledge Transfer, as well they cant give the support for your survival as well here who ever may new joiners from out side companies maximum tenor will be within Year.
