Very bad management, very bad salary update every month delay payments, no increment every year. And also there no respect for company stuff and also very bad work envirom3nt, no safety. I want to give 0 star rating but there no option available for that.

Salary is low wrt other company and no increment, and most important too many unnecessary manager who will keep on watching at you, SIC feel themselves as God level... Anyway, do your part, get experience and leave... that's it...

I like to work at Jai Balaji Industries Ltd only for some nice & helpful collegue. From company side we didn't not get any kind of help. But some of my colleagues help me lot to survive in lockdown period by providing financial support.

...ns to dislike about working at Jai Balaji Industries Ltd. They are as follows 1. Salary delay in every months. Salary cut by 50 percent in this lockdown period. 2. Worst management team I have ever seen. 4. Working culture is very bad. 5. Working without safety precautions. 6. No special facility like handgloves, ppe, sanitizer for every individual in plant.

My teammates are so good... I loved to work with them. And the training was not bad... Because I wanted to learn, there's no difficulty. But the seniors are uncultured, not so much educated, poor behaviour with the team, workers, labours etc. If there's any problems coming to the plant then they're blame the team and suppose any reward came to us they can take for themselves. I don't want to work like this type of industries anymore.. That's why I love to work in IT or BPO job.
