I like to work at Jai Balaji Industries Ltd only for some nice & helpful collegue. From company side we didn't not get any kind of help. But some of my colleagues help me lot to survive in lockdown period by providing financial support.

...ns to dislike about working at Jai Balaji Industries Ltd. They are as follows 1. Salary delay in every months. Salary cut by 50 percent in this lockdown period. 2. Worst management team I have ever seen. 4. Working culture is very bad. 5. Working without safety precautions. 6. No special facility like handgloves, ppe, sanitizer for every individual in plant.

Job security is very good here, only one positive Gives salary after 20th of next month, no permanent month for yearly increment, can have increment in a year or not, gives Puja bonus of 6 months in a year not of 12 months, doesn't give release letter if you resign by not following notic period, no Sweets or anything from in any festival, much lesser total leave amount of an employee than other steel plant, internal increment occurs of many employees who are adept in polishing their superiors

Jai bala ji company best company.I really enjoyed working in the company. I quit working for my family.

It was fine to work in the company but I had joined on experience basis but the salary was very less.

...ng slangs and foul languages are common habits. Learning opportunities are none. Salary irregular, it frequently delays beyond 2 months. Only those people gets promotions and salary hike who are close to higher management. No value for qualification or ability are given. The whole plant stays covered with thick smog throughout the year. HRD does not pay a heed to any complaints or problems faced by the employees.
