I'm work on contract role growth is slow. The work pressure is normal only 8 hours work .there is on-job training fresher also all operator

Helpful seniors, good support for each other in good and bad, hard times.

Dislikes

... respected. Always demanding to work and even on Sunday's people ask us to work. Incentives aren't as much as a person expects, lots of work but the pay isn't even peanuts.

Company spends too much on unnecessary luxury that forces it to make cuts on essential. Unorganised HR and their tools make every process feel improvised and hack-y. Over-hiring leads to poor appraisals for everyone. UK-India ingrained discrimination. Planning and execution is inefficient. Lacking of highly skilled senior technical staff causes a lot fumbling, reworks, and, hindrance to learning actual industry standards for software development.

Salary and Medical benefits were good. Even all other benefits provided by company were good. Process which I was handling had requirement of few extra hours but that was okay when company offers good salary.

Dislikes

If you are about to join/joined JLR, please make sure that ''PRABJOT SINGH'' is not your manager. He doesn't give crap about work life balance, He was a ''MONSTER'' of corporate life. He doesn't care about his employees at all. No one can work under him more than 6 months. There are some employees who have left the company within 6 months just due to his torturing & insulting behavior. No one gives a crap about the complaints against him as He has worked there for long tenure. Otherwise, overall company work culture is good

There is nothing to like about jlr. It is the worst organization to work with. Poor sales. No employee benefits. Badly implemented systems. No scope of betterment in the processes. No one to guide about current processes.

...tting. If you are above 10lpa ctc consider your name first in cost cutting list. This company deserves only freshers Or unskilled low package emp
