Nothing was likable here. I left within 4months due to hold of salary and expenses without any reason even after emailing them several times, they kept complete ignorance of email and calls even no reply has been given till now.

A very volatile ground for anyone's career. They Hold salary without any prior notice and work culture is very disgusting here. Upper Hierarchy behaves rudely and in an unprofessional way even using slangs (Especially Field Staffs).

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It's not good palce for work because manager are not doing good behave with the employe that why employe are loosing the job day by day

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is low .

Has stopped and also deducted the salary in the pandemic spread of Covid19

Management think tank in the current time is not practically equipped with their functioning and styles so the current time this is the worst management carried by the company.

... and see human touch of the company. Supportive HR teams with good appraisals. Growth and salary are good. Do'nt leave Jagsonpal if got oppurtunity.
