Worst company I have ever worked with ... There is nothing to like about Jagran New media... "Unche dukan fikke pakwan" fits best here

...to speak up ur issue so that they can use these issues against you in future.... Highly disappointed, worst culture, bad environment, no job security, low salary compensation... List is enless but these are few reality out the list of endless issues and problem in Jagran New media.

Fine work culture, compensation is less than work experience of an employee, opportunities for growth can be discussed with team lead, but it may take time to actually happen.

Dislikes

Career graph of any employee who's working consistently should go up, but somehow it doesn't look that for us. HR policies can be modified accordingly for better ownership on part of employees and then promotions to the deserving ones.

Editorial department is pathetic in Jagran New Media…. Favouritism is supreme here… saddest part of the organisation.

...u are not good or don’t support CHAAPLUSI, then Jagran New Media is not for you. Salary and appraisal here is not satisfying but employee don’t even get respect here.

The work environment and culture at Jagran is really good. Even the company policies are employee friendly. Appraisals are transparent and feedback appreciated

Salary is decent however, career and learning growth and scope is limited.
