Good work environment, friendly and relaxed. Students are really nice and the place is essentially a selfie zone. Good pay scale if you are in management sector. Bus facility is still free.

...on for you, actually you only get to survive there if you butter the higher ups. Not even in the salary structure there is any kind of appreciation for any kind of extra work done. They give leaves according to your religion so if you are a Hindu, you can't get leave on Muharam which is an optional holiday, neither on budh purnima. They have two campus and you can't choose which one as the ratibad campus is too far away and the bus service is pathetic. There is nothing there in the ratibad campus, even through canteen is pathetic. Arts department, both the faculty and the students are under appreciated and treated like waste.

... to the staff as before I found its very nice in compare of others organization. Appraisals are fair and they give deserving salary hike and bonus every year.

...They always encourage you do some innovative work even in the field of teaching. The policies are very good especially the leave and the salary revisal policy which is done every year. I think one of the best University in the world for working.

A relaxing work environment. Nobody runs after you for the classes and other activities. Work is properly delegated and everyone is accountable to complete it, so no hassles and clashes. Above all, very cool colleagues to work with and that is what makes the job even more enjoyable. One can learn in a very simple environment. Simply enjoyed my tenure👍

1.) Very Poor leadership 2.) Very poor management 3.) Deducting 50% salaries even employees are coming to office daily and working full time. 4.) No rules for higher-ups. I've seen my lead coming to office at 2 o clock and leaving at 5 pm.😄 5.) No Appraisals, no motivation no rewards and absolutely no appreciation. 6.) Bunch of negative mindset people with zero level professionalism are there in the higher position with zero knowledge of work related to the project. 7.) If you come accross a good idea at your work and you want to execute there, then you should just shut up. 8.) At last, if you think that you want to grow in your respective field, then this a" never go to place".
