1. Politics from Top to down 2. Worst HR Policies (No salary slip - will provide you after your contionous chaseup) 3. Company COO is not technical and don't know ABC of process. 4. conclusion is there is no future and nobody will listen your problem , ideas 5. Un-necessary work load (will force you to do other departments documentation work which is not related to you and your JD)

No support at all. No salary paid during lock down phase 40 days.

... production , he is from finance background. Senior manager HR is very cunning. They do not even provide salary slips, No PF facility , Horrible canteen & toilets. Overall plant is in the hands of a 29-30 year old boy (He has to be a politician) who tries to show some control over the customer and other process owners. Internal politics too very high from finance to production to quality. If they disagree with you, you cannot survive in the company.

this organization has just lift me up...and here i have face many challenges and due to that i have got some industrial as well as technical skills

the thing i have disliked that i have to work for 18 hours in a day ... managers do not value an individuals unique strength which is why i have to take a back step
