New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. ...is just a supply company. They doesn’t have any project or maintenance anywhere. Will tell in detail Salary: it’s our luck if you get our salary, they always found a reason to cut the salary, overtime salary will only be credited after one month. And about settlement they will make us run for that and will cut.. 2 career: we are just job seeker for them even after coming in company visa. It’s our responsibility to find a job if company doesn’t have any work and we sit standby they will cut the salary in that name 3: It’s better to be unemployed than un employee of Jaddarah KIND REMINDER: DON’T COME TO THIS COMPANY ON THE BASIS OF GOOGLE REVIEW BECAUSE THEY ARE REMOVING ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS
