Work life balance is Superb. Culture is excellent Peers are supportive. Hybrid working arrangement provides great flexibility.

Dislikes

Salary and Increments are not great. There is huge variation in salaries and is not in line with experience of the employee. Also , the job involves backend work which is not great from career point of view.

... 3.People won't interact even if you have any questions 4.Worst Process of FNF After resignation,not received salary even after 50 days has passed from date of leaving of company.

Nothing much really. Good for people who want peaceful life without having to put much effort.

...-No/ minimal growth opportunities (unless someone is very good at a$$ kissing) -Way less compensation when compared to industry standard -No proper guidelines regarding promotion All the above points are only based on my experience in Project Controls
