Great company culture and people. People are at the heart of Jacobs. A lot of emphasis is also placed on the work-life balance. Managers are concerned about their work-force and ensure that the team stays and works together as a family.

Dislikes

Slightly low on the salary - base pay is not competitive to what is being offered by the market. Need to work overtime to compensate for the gap

You'll get the best projects and learn pretty much everything you can in time you're there.

Poor salary raises and don't work here if you're an introvert. You won't get things if you deserve them. You have to shout out loud to get it.

Work life balance is Superb. Culture is excellent Peers are supportive. Hybrid working arrangement provides great flexibility.

Dislikes

Salary and Increments are not great. There is huge variation in salaries and is not in line with experience of the employee. Also , the job involves backend work which is not great from career point of view.
