Best seller is good company they are providing good salary package, But you can't expect fast growth there was only one position after your promotion.so can't see my future over there that's why I was left from there.

Growth plan is very slow.

... current fashion & trend and share there experience & knowledge with colleagues. Other than salary; More you sell, more you get (incentives). Increment every year upto your performance (KPI'S).

When I give the resignation, within 2 months they transfer me 3 different locations.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.for chilling there is huge cafeteria and gaming is there. Company policies are good appraisal are fare good salary

Salary is good but career growth is slow

A person who wants to learn product knowledge, Kpi, sops and want's to earn good money its for them.

Dislikes

You won't get any time for family or for yourself, high pressure of work load/ target vs achievement and the worst part you won't get position until 5 year's even if you are a deserving candidate , lot's of favouritism/partiality overall you will feel like a Labour.

the company's fashion-forward approach the opportunity to work with a well known brand , the supportive work environments.. the chance to stay updated on fashion trends and any personal growth.

Dislikes

while i appreciate many aspects of working at jack & jones , there are a few areas where i believe there's room for improvement. for example, i sometimes find that the communication between different teams could be enhanced to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
