The food cultures is need to upgraded, The operators are working heavy so they need to provide energy drinks on break time rather than providing them Tea.

... your intrest of work you like to work on product or just to work on concepts. No Saturday off and yes salary hike is 10 % at November and 5 % at mid. Profit sharing is there but it is not much.

This for JABIL ABC (green point)Plant. 1) internel polytics is very high 2) salary is very low as per market 3) at the tyme of increament company stop the production and only reference person give the bigg hype and other person give nothin 4) if you are speshal person for your boss then no education Barry gate for your growth I don't recommend for wor with JABIL green point pune plant
