Compensation and benifit is average.

...e terminate from the job. 2. Carrier growth and Job security is zero. 3. No anual salary increment. Increment level is very very poor. ( I joining july 2012 that time my home take salary is Rs-7600/- . And jun 2021 my salary is Rs-11700/-. That means after working 9 years this company my total increment rupees is Rs-4100/- only.
