Director behaviour is good. Salary paid on time.

Employees Worked responsibility is not defined. & CA involvement in every department apart from Account & finance. Because of the CA didn't known what is my working responsibility and what to work. Company has fired to employees any time and without notice and information.

Working in JS Auto taught me that you should be very clear about your joining details. You should not believe in Phone communication there should always be written communication between you and concern persons. Since they don't have high tech facility you have to do lot of work on unprofessional meansor jugaad.

Dislikes

They do not care about employees.there is no job security, anytime they can ask do to anything unrelated to your profile. They may force you on ground of contract but they themselves will not follow it. Dirty politics are been played my management. Extreme poor management and work conditions.

This company is for those who want to learn basics of automobile & get experience in this field. No Automation is here, most of the work & assembly is happening manually. So you can take this company as an opportunity to learn basic things by doing work with your hand. Once you learned all the basics in minimum 6 months then you can switch to another automobile industry with good knowledge & experience & you'll get good amount of money in other industry. Salary for freshers is 12k. And increment happens after a year.

The worst thing is this, 8-10 employees those are btech. Rest of either any diploma or graduate. That's why culture is not good.

not for qualitative professional ... illiterate lala type management class 'C' category company. not recommended for educated profetional

Not wiling to upgrade any technology ... Foolish Ego based LALA management ... highly discrimination for educated professional ... No facility not even food canteen neither good quality drinking water ... no transpiration ... no training for skill development ... If you are educated person avoid this type of companies ... you will demoralize.
