Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. I joined in this company for Manufacture accounts. I seen/met How completed a product with finishing after excise applicable. Team Less but good management. I met/learn Statutory compliance i.e. Custom Excise, VAT/CST, Octrai and Toll Gate etc..
