Some times you have investige on spot cases. You may get to see injured vehicle occupants with open wounds. Personally I don't want to have this experience. Fortunately most of the time we inspect accident vehicle and scenes after two to there days.

Work-life balance is non-existent, upper management couldn’t lead their way out of a paper bag, backstabbing is basically the company culture, and to top it off, this place is run by driver while engineers are treated like absolute shit.

9-5 job when working in office, on field it it extra hours, but you get comp off for them

No growth in terms of clients Company leaders doesn't have further plans Too much office politics Very cheap mentality when comes to increment or growth of an employees!

Until January 2020 management of the company was very good, like very much employee centric. As company appointed new COO of the company in Feb 2020. He has taken some weird decision which affected the business of company. And the way he treats the employee is very harsh.
