The culture is good and supportive for business operations although culture for safety rigrously needs to be adopted by the company. The company is growing or due to unstable higher management could be the reason the roots for the safety culture isn't strong enough, it doesn't reach to the bottom line, at ground level, safety personnels found sacrificing and doing formalities instead of complying with the safety norms. A lack of authorities to the EHS department. A lack of coordination between EHS department & site operation management was found. Instead of considering EHS department a show biz. at ground level, should be considered as a reliable support.
