...ore of a business than hospital...they pose unnecessary fines to their staff . . Very low salaries... doctor has to do clerical work also which includes billing of a patient... I don't recommend working here...

Management.... low salaries.... the overruling nature of the non-medico staff owing to their higher or equal salaries to the RMOs... unnecessary fines to the staff and no Money minded management

Being a fresher everyone supports you for new responsibilities,even including the owner.They don't try to underestimate the skills of young talents.

Dislikes

no appreciation for good work,working hours,no flexible working hour policy strict working hour& long too ,here we have 10 hour shift for administration staff for all days,its a good company for fresher to learn but not for the long term carrier less job satisfaction,growth,performance appraisals are not satisfactory.
