This place is only for fresher who wants to learn, For experienced employee salary is really very less as compared to other organization. Working hours is 10.5hr in other company its 12hr working.

Very less salary. No perks and benefits. No increment for 3-5 years. If you are someone fav then only you get promotion

...gusting. The only thing your senior cares is progress. No increment and nothing. Even the BONUS they give in Diwali is through the money they deducted from your salary. They don't even provide proper machineries and equipment and yet they expect Engineer to arrange the same and show progress. Here they don't even provide a cup of tea for free. After completion of milestones only Management level Employees Party but they don't even give samosa worth 10 rs to their engineers. J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd is good for experience but one should not stay here for much time.

Salary increment on basis of person reach to higher level not on your hard work.howmuch ever you work, your maximum salary increment as an engineer is 2000 rs per year

Limited company should have HR policy for employees. But in this company you will see many ups and downs in salary, designation, appraisals there is no criteria to follow.
