...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling..Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salery hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salery is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Salary one month delay Project managers are diploma holders Removed during pandemic with no notice period Project manager (Subdara Dasgupta Adhikari, Line 4) doesnt know how to talk to employees Ni drinking water at site. Admin mix drinking water with biring water to earn money. No AC, No tea given to employees. No printer, one desktop for all.

Salary increment on basis of person reach to higher level not on your hard work.howmuch ever you work, your maximum salary increment as an engineer is 2000 rs per year

Limited company should have HR policy for employees. But in this company you will see many ups and downs in salary, designation, appraisals there is no criteria to follow.
