The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that produces high quality work with timely completion.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening.

Only 10.5 hrs working in delhi project rest 12 hrs +, flexible timing, c off for sunday working, salary on time

No job security, no social life, no family time, no benefits, no work culture, no accommodation, no allowances, no proper increment, no employee satisfaction, no growth even if you spend your whole life and 100%

Salary of every 15 date. But month wise month it will become more delay.

...pportable, material not available, admin and HR response very very very poor, They give accomodation but cut electricity bill in our salary every month, also no mess available by company, we search food by our own, company has no resources, no team work is there, May be company is good, but management such a worst, above all dislikes can be controlled if management is ok.

Skilld development training not given. Family health insurance not provide. Transport vehicles not provide for pick up and drop. Not food provide etc

...d culture. Teammates and staff are supportive and the management is transperent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair enough and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but done partiality is done while chosing the applicant so career growth is slow. On job training is not given to new joinees.
