I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

I like everything there specially all the employees of Surajpur Unit Fun Flips. And in dairy unit ( Umang Dairy )HR Manager and HR executive are most helpful persons I had ever meet.

Dislikes

Not dislike but little bit not happy with salary and increaments. There was no promotions and not any canteen facilities for staff and workforce in Surajpur Unit , Greater Noida @ JK Foods need to take some necessary steps for Terrestrial foods limited plant .
