Factory main 15 tarik ko salary milta hain joki sabse ghatiya chiz hain yahaka. app jitne vi early attendance data banake vejdo wo 15 tarik kohi salary dega kisi kisi month me to wo 16, 17 tak chala jata hain. HO main 1 se 5 tarik tak salary ho jata hain. factory wale ko koi family nehi hain, our salary nehi lagta aysa in logo ko lagta hain. 3) job security kuch nehi hain yaha... Manlo koi duty time complete karke ghar jane wala ho or galti se wo printer ki switch ya ac ka switch band karna vul jaye (ac remote se bund hain but board se switch on hain) to next day uska job chali jayegi aisa job security yaha pe milta hain. koi kuch nehi bolega, manager vi kuch nehi kar sakta wahape. 4) Jo kam tumhe ayega wo chorke dusra kam tumhe diya jayega jo tumhari koi kamki nehi hain... Company main tumhe har chiz se dur rakhenge ki koi data tum churana lo.... Inko bohoooottttt dar hain is chiz ka ki data na churale koi. 5) Agar job chorna chaho to bus HR ko bol dena ki main kal se nehi a raha... app kisi our ko dekhlo, Kyuki agar tum apna provision period vi kam karlo firvi koi guaranty nehi hain full & final nehi milne wala, plus wo month ka salary vi wo log hajam kar jaynge, Koi tmhara phone hi nehi uthayega.. Manager to kat dega.. or HR ghumayega.... tum ghum ghum ke fed up ho jayoge..... Koi resignation dene ka vi jarurat nehi parega kyun ki HR kuch nehi karega.... HR apne khayal lo main mast hain.... kya ho raha hain kyun ho raha hain usko kuch farak nehi parta. 6) Join karna k bad tumhe wo log bus observe karega 1, 2 saal tak... Kuch kam nehi sikhayega bus time pass karwate rahega.... 7) Office arrival time is 9.30AM strict but ghar jane ka koi time nehi hain kam jab khatam hoga tab ghar jasakte ho wo 8, 9, 10, 11 vi baj sakta hain. Isse ache vai tum log kahi our kam dekh lena.... thora khus rahoge... Factory main kuch log chorke sab bakwas hain... Manager to choro alag hi level ka bakwas hain.... Nothing. People should not even to think to work here.

Dislikes

All attributes. The work culture is worst. The owner will scream and try to jump on you with a minimal mistake committed. No proper office comfort. Toilet is total unhygienic. No eating place.
