Micromanagement by the managers reminds me of uncle in my society who always looking at things I do. No working standards and ethics, poor handling of employees query and concerns. No policies and management can take any decision without prior notice of employees (including termination without notice and proper justification) Limited career advancement opportunities, favoritism and lack of proper communication makes it chaotic. Frequently gossiping, inappropriate jokes may cause unsafe environment for the female employees.
