International exposure, very technical product, some seniors very supporting. Some time pay scale is good, all depends upon how you negotiate. There is nothing fixed.

Dislikes

Management does not care about any employee. Few people in head office are always licking management feet. Lot of unethical practice. Senior and old people not trusted. Only those who will say good things and show fake dreams are trusted. Lot of rejection in factory, management does not bother to control. Many senior and experienced people have left the company last few months, management dont bother to make them stay. Only need sales by any way. Always threat to kick out of company at any small incident. Everyone works in fear so that not kicked away next month. Culture is very bad and people somehow just want to keep their job.

The only thing good about this company is time flexibility. You can come and go beyond time provided u complete ur daily work

Dislikes

...ate with basic aptitude can learn the work here. Employees here are underplayed. Salary hike is negligible . I have seen people working here for as long as 15 years to start with a salary of 5k and now reaching 12k after 15 years . So this is . Every employee is made to do everything here . For example a newly recruited intern will carry on regular work of inspection, production, store data mantainance or even packing . No projects run here. Interns are recruited to carry on daily work rather than working on projects.average salary is 10k here.

Good friends and very good product and technical knowledge. But top management is always treating like servant.

Dislikes

Company owner and few people in marketing put so much pressure on everyone, sometimes even abuse and misbehave. The company managers have no power to control. All people are treat like servants. Many times top management calls the managers as thief and tell that they steal mould and materials and sell outside. Huge work pressure, just profit increases but employee not increases. Quality control was best many years ago, now just production and despatch without any control. If despatch does not happen, they will abuse and use slagns.
