I like how all the work is done in there. Like most of the works done there was not in proper manner, we can call it 'jugaad' in local language.

Dislikes

No interpersonal relationships with peers and subordinates. Very high life risk environment and no pollution control at all. Also most important thing if a new recruit joins there and he is a fresher then don't expect any formal training programs from company's side. It was a jungle you have to survive by your own, "sink or swim". To deal with older Foreman's is a very tough task.
