There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. There is no job satisfaction.

...tches, he calls you to the field at 8 a.m. daily and makes you work till 11 p.m.And if you make some mistake and the target is not complete then your salary, incentive expense is all hold so please don't ruin your career here. All manager specially YUVA division Managers.. The tag line of the company is just a show off, all stupid people are full here. The one who does not even know how to speak English properly has been made the manager.

...pany grows at good rate. While most unknown to management grows very slowly.. Salary always been deposited till today oon or before 6th of next month.

No Or very poor hr policy. Even company does not bother to give appraisal letter, instead they only inform all eligible employees over phone. You can not complain to anyone.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for Chilling. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year .

1.There is a no any medical cover for new comer . 2.No work No pay still if you injured during company's work. 3.Expenses are horrible only 165 Ruppes D.A. if you have any extra expense for any other important work for OFFICAL work .you can't get it. 4.So many time they laughed new division and after some time they wind up the division. They didn't care about employees.
