Prashant and Ketan both are story maker in front HO. My one team member was on edge of retirement period in 1 year but they don't allow Mr Hitesh Vadodariya to work till retirement. Both are believing in gifting when thier HO team come to meeting and pretending as nice leaders. Ketan patel and Prashant desai stop threatening employees make employees feel they are in safe hands.

Worst place for hard working employees salary is low expenses also not great high high pressure to achieve the target even after leaving the company they threat employees sending false legal notice stating that employee has to give training charges back

... sales, higher attrition, nobody is bother for people business needs to be meet. ADJUSTMENT higher even needs to add money from pocket in incentive to pay adjustments, cilacar trading on its edge but organisation want to show they do well in T. Trust me if you stop paying incentives SOP will fall down. Stop such kind of business it's make your employees poor and poor because of sales adjustment.
