...ue many aspects of working at Izmo, I feel that there are areas for improvement. The lack of proper salary hikes and insufficient recognition of loyalty can be disheartening. Additionally, there seems to be a tendency to block open expression of opinions and ideas, which stifles creativity. Lastly, the delays in employee benefits, like share allotments, and the lack of follow-up on promised timelines have become concerning in recent years.

Everything i dislike, Bec no proper management, they won't allow to use lift 🛗, your skills will not be grown, you will struck in ur career, you can't have alternative idea to improve the process, no cab facility for night shift, no night allowance for night shift, you have to share the system with Day shift employees, once they logout then you have to login.
