I've been at Izeon Innovative for 2 months, and it's been a great learning experience. The company values innovation and growth. 5 days working and 2 days week offs but it's an general shift. They prove cab facility too for both pickup and drop

After selected 45 days training 2 rounds of interview both are communication, first round is group discussion and second one is face to face, The give importance for your communication and technical

First of all it is not a company. It is a training center but they keep interview like hiring for company it is totally fake. They see your profile and call and ask you to come for interview and after completing the interview one lady(bavya) will mind wash🥱🥱 you like you are weak in technical so take our course after completion of course you will get package of 3.2lpa in our company or our client company. But it is totaly fake. They wont take a job to you and wont get a job to you from outside too. If you get into the training area there will be no proper fan facility and very less no of chairs. Many people inside are came for internship from their college. Tha mam will say the course will be 25000 and above plus GST. If you note the people who are near the hr room will work in excel and google nakuri or some other job portal🤣🤣. There is no review for infrastructure. You can see while entering the ofice the sofa will say how the infrastructure will be na🤣🤣. Everthing are taken from waste market area will be. So best to avoid your time in this bad institute. Simply WASTE OF TIME WASTE OF MONEY😴😴
