You can shut down your work at the right time and forget about it until you login the next day. Made great friends, we bond over talking really good things about management.

Where do I start. There's no pay, you want to live in Bangalore like normal working peeps? No. Do you want to have a good management and have a manager who understands you? No. (This is about you Santosh) High culture bubbles, Kannadigas in one group, Telugus in another, Mallus, Tamils. Bro are you guys running a mini government inside? Save yourself some mental harassment and look for companies where your experience would actually matter.

ixie Gaming was a frustrating experience. Saravanan, the senior lead, was always stirring up trouble just to climb the ladder, while Santosh’s constant micromanagement made things worse. It felt like they cared more about their own promotions than actually supporting the team. No one should have to work in such a toxic environment.

Manager takes frequent breaks so we can also take frequent breaks

I'm writing this review to warn others about the toxic culture at Ixie Gaming. The manager, Santosh, was a micromanager extraordinaire. He'd breathe down your neck about every little thing, even if you were doing your job well. It was like he was afraid you'd steal his job or something. If your team was doing great under a different manager, you could bet Santosh would do everything in his power to make things difficult. He'd spread rumors, blame you for things you didn't do, and generally try to make your life miserable. The company itself didn't seem to care about its employees at all. They were only interested in making money, and they'd sacrifice anything to achieve that goal. It was a toxic environment that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I like taking leaves.

Indium Software? More like drama central! Want extra cash and career growth? Forget it. OT's only for the manager's buddies, and rumors swirl about tea-fueled bribes buying extra hours. This ain't no meritocracy, it's a popularity contest where gamers get paid to play while hard workers get the shaft. Even worse, if things go wrong, guess who gets blamed? Yep, you! Tried raising concerns? Got dismissed faster than a bug report. Seems fairness, transparency, and support are lost at Indium. QA manager from the console division thinks he is the Dawood Ibrahim of the company who has set of monkeys who are always buttering for his actions. Save yourself the stress and avoid this toxic circus. There are better places to work where your sweat actually pays off. All the positive reviews must have been made by the supervision of the management like they did to get the great place to work survey. Stay away to save your mental health.
