...to recruitment sector is one of my best decision. The team is really supportive. Other than salary you also receive lucrative incentives which is more than I expect. Salary is always on time. Fun Fridays and celebrations are the best part at iXceed.

...tention seekers who love to hear "Sir/Madam". Employees are afraid to complaint. They are always in a fear to loose a job or salary hold.

There's nothing as per me. being HR & Admin, it's my responsibility to take care of the company so I can proudly say that things are exceptional after I joined.

...ll adjustments, just give instructions and leave it on us and make deductions. Our salary get deducted even if we get late by 2-3 mins sometime. Overall, a bad startup to start with their narrow thought process, no leadership qualities in the management. Only Sir and Ma'am controls whole process, no delegation of authority to us. They force us to write a good review about themselves and that is what is written here in most of the reviews.

Now, after this review, just watch out their sarcastic replies Most of the reviews posted here are fake and forcefully written. But this one is true and I have valid proofs to justify that.
