In first 4-5 years, salary on time then its getting delay and deducted without any intimidation.

Dislikes

After 4-5 years they started and invested in other companies but have limited resources and it worked as their downfall. Other group of companies under same director or family members but working culture remain same as worst and even many employees left due to not receiving of salary even till date many employees are asking for their salaries and same goes for PF submission.

You get to learn How to work in an Abusive, cold and extreme pressure environment. Manpower is always short and You learn to Handle multiple profiles and manage work of different departments.

Dislikes

Owner is Abusive! Everything has to be approved by the owner and matters are delayed! There is no policy for anything and laws are only for idiots!

Iworld is a brand name of Apple products in Delhi NCR, plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee incentive program there. .

Dislikes

There is less opportunity of growth. Growth is totally biased. There was no appraisal format. (
