Its really good one of us.It was excellent experience to work of rural areas and iwpm is very useful sceam to all rural areas people and farmers but iwpm is not a good for employees futurs because employe here giving such valuable 7 - 8 years and whenever project end employees no employment. No future management of employees.

Government appointed us by competitive exam, group discussion and interview and do the jobless after over the project. It's very bad for us all wdt.

It's contractual job there is no job security. It's very badly domination by agriculture department.very bad experience.
