No self-improvement, There's no proper sop's followed here. No proper training for new joiners. Poor safety aspects. Highly risk work environment. There's no health insurance benefits for employees and workers. Appraisal and Incentives are not encouraged here. Worst top management.

Few employees are dedicated for so many years because of the company culture. It is like my second home, infact 1st home. Most of my time is spent here only. There is no boss subordinate culture, we work as a team. Women's safety is at its peak. 100% safety for women employees.

There is ample scope for learning and development as it is a manufacturing company. The company has plants PAN India and you get to interact with people across languages and cultures, which helps in your development.

Dislikes

The Company strongly believes in hire and fire, no job security whatsoever. Their culture and conduct is far from professional. No uniform policies for the organisation when it comes to HR matters. It's a one man shop rather than a public limited company.

Being a manufacturing company we have a lot of scope to learn different aspects , work culture here is very good and friendly, management is very focusing and result oriented and motivating . work life balance is good.
