Great place to work. And i am a part of a team with amazing guys. I learned a lot of work related things from them. Its pleasure to work with IVY Comptech. Very less work pressure. We even have on-site opportunities in lesser time for 2-3 weeks. There are some internal games conducted within the organisation. A lot of entertainment programmes was there. I loved to be with IVY family.

Dislikes

Decent compensation but growth is slow. After joining in job training was very less.

They pay in heap and bounds and you can get entertainment now and often. They have the latest technologies to work on

Dislikes

Hectic schedule. Sometimes I go to office at 9am and come at 2-3 am. Very drastic timings

Salary is less than industry standard for many levels Promotions and yearly hikes are not up to the mark

...ganization doesn't bother if you all survive the sudden crises of layoff or not. Will just pay you for may be 3 or 5 months without even check int current market of job vacancies. They provide you with great competitive salary which becomes a problem for an employee after being laid off, which causses low salary expectation to get a job and survive. None of the benefits or culture match with the Big4 except the one lay off process and culture. Worst internal hiring process for employee who were benched. Promises will be maid that you will feel you will get into some other team/project but you are still secured but the ultimate intention behind it to lay off. It's just like terms and conditions written as T&C in very small letter at some corner of an Ad.

Nothing to like ... It's waste of time joining the company

...is organisation for 3 years. Company management is not in favour with employees. They are part of politics No hike no appraisal. you will stick with the same designation , company politics is very bad. Blame game you have daily work more than your log off time.
