Salary is good and organisation is also good except Product Org. Nice culture with lots to learn in Tech teams.

Dislikes

Salary is good because they don't find decent talent to join their organisation. Work is low quality and seldom satisfying. Most of the PM and SPM folks are trying to exit but not happening due to high pay and inferior unrelatable work combo... :) Many product folks don't know the next steps and making the ways through sycophancy and leading feature factory nobody using.... Not a place for learning and growing... great place for settling and dragging...

1. Very less compensation compared to other product companies 2. Less work so less career growth and learning opportunities.

A lot of learning opportunities for freshers. Wide range of technologies used. Good work culture. Great work life balance. Supportive teammates and transparent management. Good benefits.

Dislikes

Salary hikes shouldn't have been better.

Likes

HR team is good. They gave good care and support to employees at the time of pandemic, crediting salary on time. All possible health related support is also available.

Dislikes

Telegu Politics. Management is blindfolded and keeps preferring a small set of people, who also are the first to get hikes and promotions. Many hardworking and talented people have left the company due to lack of recognition and appreciation by the management.

Likes

Pros: The compensation is good with good facilities. cons: No career growth. Job security is pathetic. Lot of politics at the higher management level. They lay off people without any reason.

Dislikes

No hirarchy, bad job security, no growth options, you cannot work in a company which doesnt value its employees.
