...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is no working pressure. Salary is regular as the company is under NCLT.

Dislikes

The company is under NCLT. So company's has go goal. No support is available from seniors. Behavior of seniors are also very bad. There is no job security. No increment and promotion policy.

Managements is good, and its a professional company. Team mates, training, job security, career growth, salary, every thing is excellant. However, presently the company under insolvency ........ likely to windup.........

...is a good compnay. i am working till data from 2012 and have secure to my job. Salary paid by the company every month within 07th and the salary structure in very well. The office culture is good & every body do their work very sincerely.

At the present situation of the company little bit hard, because the new project will not come & unable to growth of financial condition.

Compensation is decaent , but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high .sometimes, I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attendclinent calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night
