job security tention free work culture is hard management policies are good .they give not so good salary hikes and bonus.

There is no scope of seniority.& experience about promotion s and incriments.

Working environment is good but increment is very poor

Some employees behave unprofessional..they behave rudely & no senior intervene. HR control also not on that gye. They quarrel each other like a kid.

Free hand to learn new things by yourself.If you are good enough no need to worry job security.Management is terrible over here.Company policies change from person to person and as the per their convenience
