Poor working conditions Poor accommodation No freedom at work Act like a puppet. 24*7 working days Centralised culture One man show No commitment to the network was honoured. Company policies were not inline with competitors. Very poor quality when compared to others. No coordination among internal customers. According to management Indian employees were treated as badly. No hospital assistance. No proper facilities provided for travel. No professionalism at all . Over all my advice to everyone for God sake don't think of joining this company atleast at ivory coast plant.
